Challenge
An interior remodeling company hired Unstoppable Software to develop a 3D web-based studio where customers could design their projects and immediately receive cost estimates. Leads generated with this application meant that employees knew exactly what the customer wanted, and could better follow up and win sales with those prospects. The tool also showcased the talents and capabilities of the company by providing a rotating, fully-rendered 3D model of their finished interior space.
Results
The new system was considered leading edge by the industry. It dramatically increased sales shortly after rollout. Customers were overwhelmingly positive about the new software. They soon suggested adding new products to existing product lines, and came up with new ideas to enhance the software.
